Once a remodeling or renovation service has been fully completed as per the agreed contract, no refunds will be issued. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the project so adjustments can be made in real-time.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, you must notify us in writing at least **72 hours in advance**. Cancellations made within **less than 72 hours** of the project start date will be subject to a **cancellation fee of up to 30% of the total project cost**. If materials have already been purchased, additional fees may apply.
To secure your project, a **non-refundable deposit of 20%** is required before work begins. In cases where cancellation occurs before the project starts, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, deducting administrative and material procurement costs.
If you are unsatisfied with the completed work due to **material defects or construction errors**, you must report the issue within **30 days of project completion**. We will assess the complaint and either schedule a repair at no additional cost or offer a partial refund where applicable.
Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction based on personal preference changes, design modifications, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or client-requested adjustments.
All refund disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the **state where the service was provided**. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter will be subject to mediation or arbitration as per U.S. legal guidelines.
